Cabin Baggage Allowance
Check with the airline for any limits it has on the size, weight or number of carry-on bags allowed.
Generally, airlines allow: 1 piece of luggage weighing up to 7 kilos whose dimensions - Length + Breadth + Height including protrusions - must not exceed 115cm(46 inches) in total.
DOs and DON'Ts for Cabin Baggage
Do pack the following items in your cabin baggage:
- Valuables such as cash, jewelry
- Toiletries, medicine, keys, passport, tour vouchers, business papers
- Camera, Eyeglasses
- Have copies of your passport made and placed in your carryon and check-in luggage. This is because if you lose your passport, it makes it a lot easier for you to replace it from your Embassy in your destination
- Don't pack scissors, razors or anything that could be considered a weapon
